Arbireo
is an amalgamation of the Latin Arx and the double star Albireo.
Arx
refers to a castle, fortress or hilltop temple in the middle of an ancient city – a world-famous example being the Acropolis. Arx stands for safety, support and solidity, as well as vision, consistency and wisdom.
Albireo
is a double star in the Swan (Cygnus) constellation. Its name derives from Arabic. At first glance and to the naked eye, it appears as a single star. Only on closer inspection does Albireo turn out to be a double star. Its two components can be clearly distinguished in colour. At the same time, however, they form a harmonious symbiosis.
