Example Babelsberg

The purchase of the former DOC Studios of Deutsche Film AG (Defa) in Potsdam-Babelsberg together with building approval is a milestone in the investment history of Arbireo Capital. The existing protected buildings were comprehensively renovated and converted into apartments. Combined with the construction of new multiple occupancy buildings, the project will create more than 180 apartments for subsequent individual sale. The equity capital for the conversion was provided by a handful of investors and Arbireo itself.
